Who designed (invented) Cari-Cami®?

Cari-Cami® was designed by Terry Stewart after dropping two cell phones in the toilet, watching women store cell phones in their bra and back pockets, and seeing friends drop and shatter phones. Terry spent two years trying various designs and materials before settling on the current Cari-Cami® design. Terry Stewart is a mother and grandmother with a degree in Clothing Design and Textiles from Antelope Valley College in Lancaster, CA.

Who is Cari-Cami® LLC?

Cari-Cami® LLC is a family owned and operated company located in Lehi, UT.

What is the fabric content of Cari-Cami’s®?

Cari-Cami® is 95% cotton/5% spandex. Cari-Cami’s® are very comfortable and breathe since they are mostly cotton. No special care is required for their upkeep.

How long will delivery take?

Most Cari-Cami® orders ship the first business day after you place your order. Many go out the same day if placed early in the day. We ship USPS First Class. So, most orders arrive within two to three days from shipping to anywhere in the U.S. Cari-Cami® offers free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Can I track my order?

When your order ships you will be notified via email and provided with a USPS tracking number.

What about sizing?

Cari-Cami’s® are designed to fit snugly so the Cari-Cami® pockets don’t sag. They are very stretchable but if in doubt choose a larger size. Since dress sizes vary, customers report the measurements on the sizing chart are the most accurate. There are no reports of shrinkage.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our Shopify secure website. We do not have access to your credit card info and it is not stored by us or on our site. We also accept PayPal.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Cari-Cami® LLC has a very easy return and exchange policy. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Just email us at contact@cari-cami.com and explain that you want to exchange or return an item. Please include your order number, name, address, and request. Send your exchange/return to: Cari-Cami LLC, 2033 North 825 East, Lehi, UT 84043. We will send your exchange out immediately or refund your purchase amount.

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

There is a space to enter a promo code at checkout. When viewing your cart, there is a discount space on the right panel with a space for your discount code. Please do not complete your order without entering the promo code. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct an order after payment has been applied.

Is Cari-Cami® only sold at the online store?

Cari-Cami® is also available online at themsstore.com and at many stores nationwide. We also sell at various Expos in Utah and at Sam’s Club Showcases in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.

Where are Cari-Cami’s® made?

Cari-Cami’s® are manufactured in China according to our very strict standards. Cari-Cami® is a Wal-mart/Sam’s Club vendor which requires our manufacturers be held to the highest standards of employee treatment. No child labor is permissible and no illegal labor practices are tolerated.

Does Cari-Cami® ship international?

At this time we do not ship internationally except to Canada for an additional shipping fee.
